Executive Director

Making recommendations on the directions and strategies on business development and investment for the Group that focusing on Mainland China
Identifying potential investment opportunities for the Group in Mainland China for achieving satisfied investment return and capital appreciation
Perform research and feasibility analysis for the investment opportunities including modelling, valuation, investment return forecast and relevant risk assessment
Establishing and maintaining business relationship with service providers in Mainland China, such as commercial banks, private banks and parties related to wealth management
Ensuring the Group’s all directions and strategies related to Mainland China at all time comply with legal, regulatory, audit and tax requirements in both Hong Kong and Mainland China

Master Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or other relevant disciplines
Over 10-years solid working experience in fund management or private equity investment in Mainland China
Strong business development skills and familiar with financial markets of Mainland China
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Mandarin and English is a must
