• Ms. Ng has over 16 years of experience in investment banking and graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
• Ms. Ng served as the Director in Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Finance division in Mizuho Securities Asia; Principal in investment banking division in Piper Jaffray Asia; and Vice President in DBS Asia Capital.
• Ms. Ng was responsible for more than 80 IPOs, restructuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions relating to Hong Kong and Chinese companies, including the privatization of Senyuan International by Eaton Corporation, a S&P 500 company in the US, initial public offerings of Shenzhen Neptunus Interlong Bio-Technique, China Rongzhong Financial Holdings and Gemilang International.
